01 — About

Building software is only part of the job. Designing systems and helping teams build them well is the real challenge.

More than 10 years of experience building software, currently at Itaú. Acts as a technical reference, finding efficient solutions for product delivery across different scenarios, leading technical teams and promoting continuous improvement of daily processes. Backend specialist with C#, Node.js and Nest.js, focused on CI/CD, test automation and code readability, practicing agile development and DevOps best practices. Has worked across landing pages, web portals, dashboards, loyalty points systems, Pix and boleto payments, e-commerce and chatbot projects, and is now applying that experience to AI-assisted development, with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) as part of the daily workflow. Currently also studying Solution Architecture and already applying C4 model diagrams (Context and Container) day to day.

Engineering problems and architecture decisions, not just screenshots.

Legacy Modernization — architecture diagram
Legacy Modernization

Portal & Dashboard Modernization

Problem
Web portals and dashboards built on older stacks were becoming harder to extend safely.
Architecture
Reverse engineering and modernization of legacy systems, rebuilding key modules on a cleaner architecture.
Outcome
Systems that are easier to change and extend without breaking existing behavior.

Loyalty Points Platform

Problem
A points-based loyalty system needed clear rules and room to grow without becoming tangled.
Architecture
Designed a modular backend architecture separating rules, accounting and integrations into distinct boundaries.
Outcome
A platform that can add new loyalty rules and partner integrations without reworking the core.

E-commerce & Payments (Pix / Boleto)

Problem
An e-commerce platform needed reliable checkout with local payment methods like Pix and boleto.
Architecture
Designed scalable services on AWS and Azure to handle catalog, checkout and payment processing.
Outcome
A checkout flow that handles local payment methods reliably at scale.

CI/CD & Test Automation

Problem
Manual releases and inconsistent testing were slowing delivery across projects.
Architecture
Built CI/CD pipelines and automated test suites, embedding TDD and code review into the team's workflow.
Outcome
Faster, more consistent releases with fewer regressions reaching production.
